Through daily meditation, mindset work, and deep self-inquiry, I slowly rebuilt from the inside out. I stopped overthinking, learned to sleep better, and began creating a life with clear, intentional steps. Today, I feel empowered, forward-thinking, and grounded in a future I’m actively building.
As a certified Mindvalley Life Coach and teacher of the 6 Phase Meditation and 3 Most Important Questions method, I now help others do the same. My coaching blends compassion, focus, and inner stillness—because I believe that we all have the power to change, once we learn how to unlock the mind’s potential.
